High-speed Warping Machine

High-speed warping machine adopts strict assembly process and realizes driven-free spindle assembly on a special assembly platform, so as to ensure the high-speed and high-quality of warping process.
The press-cylinder can keep the yarn winding on the warp shaft flat. At the same time, the gas-oil transfer cylinder is adopted to make the press-cylinder and the yarn have flexible contact. The machine is also equipped with the structure that can make the press cylinder reverse immediately so that the yarn can avoid the phenomenon of fuzziness when emergency stop.
Winding tension control part, two different methods are available option.
Yarn guide roller system, one aluminum alloy yarn guide roller can easily rotate, while using the servo motor loading resistance, so as to make sure the winding tension can be adjusted.
The roller after brake control system fixed, when in-machine running, the roller lifts the yarn onto the tension roller.
The settings of the above winding tension can be set on the touch screen.
