JT600-F type sizing machine adopts the most advanced electronic control procedure, to achieve 5kg~7Okg low tensioncontrol, especially suitable for 20D fine deniers, to meet the needs of customers for high-end products.

Double-layer insulation door oven with JINGTIAN paten tare used, fit withlock sealing device, can achieve high speed and high temperature drying,while greatly reducing steam consumption, factory production costs greatlyreduced.

Drying cylinder: five p800 drying cylinders made of 10mm thick stainlesssteel, coated with Teflon and drive with positive sprocket. Both side bearingblock with oil pocket to ensure bearings always dip in oil.

Servo motor drive, with servo drive to achieve stepless speed change.

Safety protection: the front of the machine head is equipped with infrareddouble-head self-stop detector and safety railing, double safety protection toensure the safe operation of the operator.
