It is widely applicable to the warp beam combining of cotton, linen, and synthetic fiber fabrics. Its control requirements include stable tension and stable linear speed.
Taking the SFB300 high-speed warp beam combining machine as an example, its design uses an electric motor to replace the traditional magnetic powder brake for unwinding, solving the problem of short magnetic powder lifespan. Furthermore, a tension sensor is added to each beam, and a frequency converter is used to automatically control the tension of each beam, allowing for independent setting and more stable control of the tension on each beam.
