A warp beam combining machine is a device that combines multiple warp beams or sizing beams into a single warp beam. It consists of a sizing beam frame and a machine head. The pneumatic warp tension control device on the sizing beam frame automatically maintains a constant and uniform unwinding tension for the warp yarns on each sizing beam. The winding mechanism on the machine head winds the warp yarns at a constant speed and tension. This equipment is used to combine yarns from several warp beams and wind them onto the final desired warp beam. It is widely applicable to the warp beam combining of cotton, linen, and synthetic fiber fabrics. Its control requirements include stable tension and stable linear speed.

Taking the SFB300 high-speed warp beam combining machine as an example, its design uses an electric motor to replace the traditional magnetic powder brake for unwinding, solving the problem of short magnetic powder lifespan. Furthermore, a tension sensor is added to each beam, and a frequency converter is used to automatically control the tension of each beam, allowing for independent setting and more stable control of the tension on each beam. The maximum operating speed can reach 300 meters per minute.
